I was asked yesterday if we did this, and I said no as we are primarily students of Liechtenauer (but I encourage the studying of all fencing, just don't ask me to teach it to you). But it was done. For instance here is a look at Marozzo using two swords. What I have found (perhaps because I have not fought someone well versed enough) is that typically one uses the offhand sword more like a buckler while using the main handed sword offensively.
